Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of any appointment. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment it will result in a 100% charge of the fee for the appointment.

 

If we are required to cancel or rearrange an appointment because of reason beyond out control or if key personnel are unavailable to provide the eservice, we will let you know as soon as possible. If we must cancel, then you will be offered a new appointment at an alternative date and/or time.
